Subject: Notification: Procurement Procedure for Laboratory Equipment
Dear Researchers and Stakeholders,
We are pleased to inform you about a procurement procedure at the POLIS UNIVERSITY for the purchase of “Laboratory Equipment, installation, and activation” in the framework of the Erasmus CBHE Project titled “Curricula innovation in climate-smart urban development based on green and energy efficiency with the non-academic sector / SmartWB.” The reference publication for this project is 101081724-SmartWB-ERASMUS-EDU-2022-CBHE.
The objective of this supply contract is to enhance the quality of higher education in the field of climate-smart urban development (CSUD). Following equipment specifications are requested by the call:
- Teodolit (Total Station including: Wooden tripod, Prisem, Miniprisem, Zhalon 2.6 m)
- Drone ( RTK module included, High sensitive module, Multi-Frequency Multi-System High-Precision RTK)
POLIS University, as the contracting authority, has published the tender invitation on its official website, making all necessary information regarding the procurement procedure and required documents available since April 20, 2023. Three bidders have submitted the required documents, including the budget breakdown, legal entity information, security offer, technical specifications and offer, and tender form in a closed envelope on the bid opening day, May 22, 2023. These documents were thoroughly reviewed and evaluated by the evaluation committee, which consists of five members appointed for this purpose. During the evaluation process, the Evaluation Committee assessed the compliance of tenders with the administrative and technical requirements specified in the tender dossier. Following a careful review of the tender submissions, the Evaluation Committee recommended that the contract (with full amount value of 15 500 euro) should be awarded to company GEOTRIM sh.p.k.
