Kick-off meeting completed

The kick-off meeting was held in Podgorica at the Faculty of the Civil Engineering University of Montenegro. The meeting brought together 40 participants from 9 countries: Montenegro, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, Croatia, Norway, Germany, Austria and Spain.
